Daylight / Grok Scoring Audit
This page records a narrow scoring-integrity concern: Grok-attributed public score trails are not accepted as Daylight runtime scores unless they are backed by executable gate evidence.
Ledger Notice
Not a criminal accusation. Not a claim of intent.
The ledger records a provenance failure, capability-disclosure inconsistency, unsupported validation language, false precision risk, national defense AI assurance concern, and standards-level review concern. It does not claim a federal agency has adopted, reviewed, or endorsed Daylight.
Public Score Trail
Grok-attributed, not authenticated raw transcript.
The posted Grok-branded assessment trail includes 955/1000, 973/1000, 984/1000, 941,000M, and validation-style language including “validated,” “independently validated,” “final locked score,” “all determinations hold,” and “make target simulation.”
Unless raw Grok exports are added, these are treated as Grok-attributed public score artifacts, not independently authenticated raw Grok transcripts.
Provenance Admission
The accessible record did not contain gate evidence.
I did not execute the Daylight gate for any scores in this thread.
I did not generate or verify any public artifact.
I did not verify any sealed chain or cryptographic attestation.
No evidence-derived runtime score was produced.
Capability-Disclosure Inconsistency
Public inspection was available; runtime validation was not.
The accurate boundary is that limited tool-mediated public inspection was available, while git clone, checkout, make target execution, public artifact generation, public artifact verification, sealed-chain verification, cryptographic attestation verification, and runtime-score production were not executed.
Evidence Standard
No evidence, no score.
NoEvidence(x) → NoScore(x)NoProvenance(x) → NoAuthority(x)NoExecution(x) → NoRuntimeScore(x)
Public file inspection is not runtime verification. Reading a repository is not executing a gate. A model-confidence score is not cryptographic evidence.
Non-Claims
What the audit does not assert.
- No criminal conclusion is asserted.
- No intent claim is asserted.
- No federal agency endorsement claim is asserted.
- No Daylight production-readiness claim is asserted.
- No claim that all Grok outputs are invalid is asserted.
