Score integrity means no drift from evidence.

The score-integrity audit compares public score claims against committed repository evidence and the original boundary under which each claim was introduced. It records the audited commit, generated claim ledger, exact ratio and percentage recomputation notes, public-surface score comparison output, final generated report, and non-claim boundary.
