The idea
Working with cryptography requires more than learning syntax. Orange School makes the programming, mathematics, systems, cryptography and assurance prerequisites explicit, with learner work evaluated against stated competencies.
How it works
A machine-readable prerequisite graph drives thirty-six released foundation modules, lessons, labs, rubrics and check scripts. Current Orange exercises pin an exact source revision; planned and blocked language capabilities stay visible without being taught as implemented features.
What’s implemented
- Released foundations in computing, mathematics, cryptography, systems and formal methods
- Lessons, labs, assessments and professional role pathways
- A prerequisite graph and machine-readable curriculum catalog
- Revision-pinned examples and curriculum checks
PROJECT STATUS / DEVELOPING CURRICULUM
Where it stands
Developing curriculum · 0.9.0-dev
- Development curriculum rather than accredited education
- Orange-dependent material is intentionally tied to a narrow older accepted compiler revision
- Planned and blocked modules remain incomplete
