CREATIVE WORK / PROCEDURAL GRAPHICS
Muddog-fleer
A wordless procedural film through an invented forest with authored visual and sound cues.

The idea
Muddog-fleer explores a restrained field-simulator aesthetic through a continuous fictional first-person walk. Fixed world geometry, a small hyperbolic reticle and synchronized stereo cues carry the sequence without captions or interface text.
How it works
Python, NumPy and Pillow generate terrain, layered foliage, synthetic figures and frame rendering from an authored scene. FFmpeg encodes the resulting 42-second 1080p film with stereo audio; a manifest records timing, cues and output checksums.
What’s implemented
- Procedural forest geometry and continuous camera motion
- A fully wordless second version with a minimal reticle
- Authored visual pulses, beacon timing and synthesized stereo sound
- Reproducible frame rendering, preview contact sheets and a media manifest
PROJECT STATUS / CREATIVE FILM
Where it stands
Procedural creative film
- A scripted fictional game film with no real people, locations or sensor input
- Thermal-style contrast and classification colors are authored animation
- Rendering cost depends on CPU and frame-worker memory use
